A connected home means exactly that - you are truly connected, even when you’re not there.   Here are just a few examples of how you can exercise control over your home, anytime, anywhere.  

 ♦ If the day turned out to be warmer than you thought, just sign in to your system from the Web and turn up the A/C so the house is cool when you get home.

 ♦  Getting home a little later than you thought? Use your iPhone interface to turn on the porch lights and a few others in the house so it looks like you’re home.

♦  If your sump overflows, you don’t need to come home to a basement full of water; your system will send you an email or text alert that the water sensor has been triggered so you can get home or call a neighbor.

♦ Your daughter forgot her house key—again. Just sign in to your system from your iPhone and unlock the door for her. Or give her a door code of her own - everytime she uses it you can get an email that she is home. 

Going on vacation?  There is no need to worry about whether ot not all the lights were shut off or if the garage door was closed.

♦ Online access to double-check your doors are locked and garage door closed - and the ability to lock them if you need to

♦  Heading to the mountains for the weekend? Turn on the heat, crank up the hot-tub temperature and check the weather on the IP cameras before you get there!

♦  Set vacation mode in your house and automatically have your home  simulate your normal activity by turning on and off lights according to your typical schedule.
