Project Management

By centralizing the management of your design and build security project with W.A.Wanner Technologies Project Management Team, we ensure a seamless interface between all vendors and installers.

We provide site survey, design and budget review, project assessment, and a timeline for the project. During the construction process, we act as the owner’s representative to all construction teams, and streamline all communication through our office. We conduct weekly construction meetings, maintain and update the schedule as needed, monitor work progress, and manage change orders. Prior to completion, we will confirm that all punch-list items have been addressed and signed-off. Upon completion, a project close out package is provided.

Project management solutions include:

  • Acting as the primary contact and owner’s representative to the construction teams.
  • Obtaining qualified subcontractors and documentation, including insurance certificates, W9’s, lien waivers, AIA G702 and G703.
  • Hosting subcontractor kickoff meetings, and directing and attending weekly construction meetings.
  • Preparing and updating construction schedules with critical path management of drawings, material submittals, and equipment delivery.
  • Performing drawing reviews.
  • Managing change order requests with respect to scope, timing, and cost.
  • Monitoring work progress in accordance with scope of work.
  • Issuing punch lists and confirming completion of project installation.
  • Administering project close out packages.
