We provide site survey, design and budget review, project assessment, and a timeline for the project. During the construction process, we act as the owner’s representative to all construction teams, and streamline all communication through our office. We conduct weekly construction meetings, maintain and update the schedule as needed, monitor work progress, and manage change orders. Prior to completion, we will confirm that all punch-list items have been addressed and signed-off. Upon completion, a project close out package is provided.
